TAMPER: Applying science to the art of tamping
The head of the tamper is attached to a spring inside the handle. The pressure
required to drive the head to the stopper is constant. The barista doesn’t
have to guess what pressure to apply and can instead concentrate on the grinder
settings to ensure great quality espresso.
