Vibiemme have a great deal of knowledge about the original E61 machinery
and in fact possess original technical data.Vibiemme were keen to produce
a series of machines based apon that seminal design: and so the Replica
was born.
The 2 group has a 14 litre boiler and 4000 watt heating element making
it an excellent option for a large café.
The three group model offers a 16 litre boiler and 5000 watt heating
element, ideal for environments where rapid production is essential
or very demanding peak times occur.
Within southern Italy, the hardcore coffee consuming region of Italy,
the Replica is the machine of choice. What better recommendation could
there be than that!
